This project began with a client inquiry through our website, followed by an on-site consultation. The client had connected two adjacent residential properties by removing the dividing fence and installing a roller system to enable easy opening and closing of the fence. The goal was to create a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing outdoor space that seamlessly integrated both properties while addressing specific needs such as a hidden garden oasis, functional outdoor structures, and a premium putting green.
Our team at McTighe Landscaping developed a comprehensive landscaping design to bring the client’s vision to life. We began by collaborating closely with the client to understand their preferences and ideas, particularly for the pergola and woodwork. Leveraging our network of trusted vendors, we recommended Forever Redwood for their customizable pergolas, ensuring the client could design a structure that met their exact specifications. We then coordinated the delivery and assembly of three storage sheds and a large pergola.
The landscape design included a round paver patio with a winding walkway, raised planters, and fully mature trees to create a serene garden oasis. We also installed a wrap-around Trex deck with low-voltage step lights and Trex Transcend railing systems, complemented by a decorative trellis product that highlighted the home’s black trim. The existing pavers were matched and extended to the turf area, which features a putting green and golf simulator under the pergola.
